Welcome to M.I.A. Handmade by Amalya. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

This website and store are operated by M.I.A. Handmade by Amalya. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to M.I.A. Handmade by Amalya.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced herein.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

2. Handmade & Custom Products

All products sold in our shop are handmade or custom-made. Because items are handcrafted, slight variations in color, size, fabric placement, stitching, and design may occur. These variations are normal and make each piece unique.

Custom and personalized orders are made specifically for each customer and may differ slightly from product photos.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before production or shipping.

We accept secure payment methods available through Shopify at checkout.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already started.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unavailable materials.

4. Processing Time

Most handmade items require processing time before shipping. Estimated production times are listed on product pages but may vary depending on order volume, holidays, or material availability.

Custom orders may require additional time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products:

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Ready-made items may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
Customers must contact us before returning any item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We do not accept returns for:

Custom orders
Sale items
Worn or used products
Minor handmade variations

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Product Care

Customers are responsible for following care instructions provided with products. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, washing, or handling.

9. Intellectual Property

All product designs, photos, logos, graphics, and content on this website are the property of M.I.A. Handmade by Amalya and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

M.I.A. Handmade by Amalya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is used only for order processing, communication, and customer service purposes.
