Thank you for shopping with M.I.A. Handmade by Amalya. We are committed to providing reliable shipping and handling for all handmade and custom-made products.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Custom or personalized items may require additional production time.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.


Domestic Shipping

We offer standard domestic shipping throughout the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day (when available)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and selected shipping method.


International Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping worldwide, including:

  • Standard International Shipping
  • Express International Shipping
  • Overnight International Shipping (available in select countries)

International delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days
  • Express International: 3–7 business days
  • Overnight International: 1–3 business days (select locations only)

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately before your order ships.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

M.I.A. Handmade by Amalya is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

We will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping issues whenever possible.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.
